Highly recommend Wellco! I rented a house for one year with them. I would definitely rent from them again! If there was something needing to be fixed, they would handle it as soon as possible. When needed, appliances were completely replaced with brand new ones within days. Also, they always offered to make things right, plus some, for situations out of their control.

I just wanted to say that I love my apartment, I’ve lived here since June 2019 and I haven’t had any major problems at all I’m at 200 N 14th its great. Anytime I’ve needed anything at all Wellco is quick to reply, and get the job done however big or small. Thank you to my landlord Ryan for replacing my stove with a brand new one it works great! Also a thank you to our maintenance guy Brian, for always keeping in touch with me about anything that has to do with my apartment, also him and his guys work very fast, and the job is done right the first time, so thank you everyone from Wellco I’m so glad I found you!!

Wellco, LLC is a great renting company! With awesome customer service, quick response to questions and concerns, and a very friendly staff they are always happy to assist with anything! Being a new renter in the area myself, they have really been a huge asset to navigating everything. I would recommend Wellco for their extremely affordable prices, helpful employees, and how well they treat all tenants! If you are new to the area or just looking for a new place Wellco is the go!
