WSIU Public Broadcasting, a service of Southern Illinois University Carbondale, named Wellco LLC as the business recipient of the monthly Neighborly Award. Wellco, owned by Ryan Wellmaker, a member of Shaare Emeth, is a property management/rental company based in Mount Vernon, Ill., and was honored for its contribution to the betterment of the community.
